Brigid O'Hora our main educator has a Masters in Hospitality Management and a HDiploma in Wine Studies from WSET. She has spent 25 years working in the restaurant industry in Dublin, Pairs, Sydney and Boston. Having worked as both a Restaurant Manager and a Sommelier, her valuable insight and experience will be at the forefront of the training.
She has curated wine lists for many restaurants with successful results such as Orwell Road, Locks Restaurant, Domoland Castle, Coppinger Row and L'Gueleton.
